- Awareness of possible red flags when determining whether to file an immigration petition;
- Requirements and procedures for crime victims seeking U Visa nonimmigrant status;
- The dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault when working with survivors; and
- Information on how to identify victims of human trafficking who may qualify for T Visa nonimmigrant status.
