This Fall, the National Immigration Project conducts its Seminar and Membership meeting in Pasadena, California. NIP Board Members Maria Andrade and Rex Chen presented on the issue of presenting and objecting to evidence submitted in immigration hearings. In light of increasing gang allegations and the work of Andrade Legal in this are, the presentation focused upon combating these charges.
